DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 ABBREVIATED SITE ACCESS TRAINING POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT Your letter dated July 27, 1988, requested our cooperation in providing abbreviated site access training for non-Region III NRC employees who have received appropriate training in the generic aspects of radiation safety, physical security and emergency response.
You indiceted that certification of this training for non-Region III employees would be forwardea to Wisconsin Electric periodically by your office.
This letter confirms that we will accommodate non-Region III personnel in our abbreviated site access training program if they have been listed on the Region III provided necess list and provide appropriate personal identification.
