The Federal Emergency Management Agency submits the Testimony of Mr. John J. Boursy Jr. concerning the issue of Lilco's Emergency Broadcast System as defined in the MEMORANDUM AND ORDER dated February 24, 1988.
FEMA Counsel respectfully request that consideration be given to scheduling the testimony of Mr. Boursy in the Washington, D.C. area.
FEMA Counsel agait, confirms that there will be no FEMA witnesses giving direct testimony on (1) Bus Driver Role Conflict; (2) Hospital Evacuation; or (3) Realism and Insr.ateriality.
