Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Post Exercise Assessment of the December 15, 1987 James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Exercise of the Radiological Emergency Plans of the State of New York and Oswego County Enclosed is the subject assessment dated June 3,1988 with transmittal memorandum from Richard W. Krim dated July 20, 1988, in which FEMA considers that offsite radiological emergency preparedness is adequate to provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken offsite to protect the health and safety of the public living in the vicinity of the site in the event of a radiological emergency and that approval under FEMA Rules 44 CFR 350 will remain in effect.
