Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 133 In accordance with 10CFR50.59, 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests changes to Appendix A of that license.
Technical Specification Change Request No. 133 involves changes to Section 3.5.B.3 of the existing specifications.
The intent of the change is to modify the limiting conditions of operation with one Standby Gas Treatment System inoperable.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Techr.ical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
In addition, a check for $150.00 pursuant to 10CFR170.12 is attached.
