This letter transmits our report of the routine resident safety inspection by
Messrs. R. A. Gramm and R. L. Fuhrmeister on June 27, 1988 to August 7, 1988
at the Limerick Generating Station, Unit 2, Limerick, Pennsylvania of activi-
ties authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-107 and to the discussions held by the
inspector with Mr. D. A. DiPaulo and other members of your ' staff at the con-
clusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed NRC Region
I Inspection Report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with per-
sonnel and observations by the inspectors.
No violations were identified and no response to this letter is required.
