SUMMARY
Scope:
This special, announced inspection was conducted to review the
circumstances surrounding the failure to control access to a vital
area an:1 subsequent failure to report this event within one hour.
Results:
In the areas inspected two violations vere confirmed, failure to
control access to a vital area (88-20-01) and failure to report this
event within one hour. (88-20-02).
