10. GE-100 Package Docket No. 71-5926 Revision No. 11 By application dated November 19, 1987, as supplemented. General Electric Company requested renewal cf Certificate of Compliance No. 5926 for the Model No. GE-100 package.

In support of the reouest for renewal the applicant submitted a consolidated application which incorporated the January 25, 1980 application and all pertinent supplement information referenced by the certificate of compliance.

A review of the consolidated application confirmed that all appropriate supplement information has been incorporated into the applic.stion.

No changes have been requested or made to the package by the applicant since approval of the latest supplement dated September 7, 1982. The application also contained maintenance and operating procedures and the certificate of compliance has been conditioned to require the packaging be maintained and operated in accordance with these procedures.

The certificate of compliance has been renewed for a five year term which expires February 28, 1993.
