UNIT TRIP WITH SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF OFFSITE POWER This supplements PNO 77-126 and.PNO 77-126A.
Indian Point Unit 3 has returned to power. The electrical output

i was added to the distribution system at 7:08 p.m., July 14, 1977.
The reactor power level was increased thrsughout the night as cus-tomers were incrementally added to the system. The unit was at full licensed power at 5AM, July 15, 1977.
The NRC inspector witnessing the operation reports an orderly startup t
with all plant systems perfcrming as designed.
