DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 TRANSMITTAL OF REVISION 5 TO THE CPSES SECURITY TRAIHitlG AND QUAllFICATION PLAN Gentlemen:
In accurdance with the provisions of 10CfR50.54(p), enclosed are four copies of Revision 5 to the CPSES Security Training and Qualification Plan.
Discussion of the major changes is found in Enclosure 1.
The revised plan is found in Enclosure 2.
This revision will replace Revision 4, which is Safeguards Information.
Upon receipt of Revision 5, Revision 4 should be destroyed.
Destruction should be in accordance with 10CFR Parts 2, 50, 70, and 73, "Protection of Unclassified Safeguards Information, Final Rule," which became effective January 20, 1987.
This revision will not decrease the safeguards effectiveness at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information and should be handled in accordance with 10CFR73.21, "Requirements for the protection of Safeguards Information." Their disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended.
Therefore, the enclosures should not be placed in the Public Document Ro":m per 10CFR2.790(a)(4).
