PIN HOLE LEAK IN REACTOR COOLANT PRESSURE BOUNDARY During a post outage hydrostatic test a pin hole leak was found in a weld in the 10 inch emergency condenser (isolation condenser) condensate return line. Repairs arc in progress. The licensee plans to conduct metallographic analysis of the flaw.
