This confirms our plans as discussed on August 9, 1988, between Ms. I. Johnson of your staff and Mr. D. Jones of this office to conduct an enforcement conference with you and members of your staff at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) on Friday, August 26, 1988, at the NRC Region III Office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137. The meeting concerns failure to properly verify operability of a component (MCC 28/29-5) after installation and periodically thereafter.
