Letter from W. G. Counsil to the NRC logged TXX-88309 dated March 11, 1988 Gentlemen:
On March 11, 1988, we arovided you with a status of the Open and Unresolved items resulting from t1e inspection conducted by Messrs. A. Singh and D. Kelley and NRC consultants during the period October 19, 1987 through October 23, 1987. As a followup to the referenced letter, the current status of our evaluation for Open Item 445/8722-0-03 is provided below.
We are completing activities associated with the evaluation of penetration seals for conduits four (4) inches and smaller. We anticipate submitting our final report May 15, 1988.
