An application dated February 22, 1988, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application submitted the Inservice Inspection Plan for the First Inspection Interval for the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station Unit 1.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your February 22 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
