MC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-321/86-35 AND 50-366/86-35
Thank you for your response of March 16, 1988, to our Notice of Violation
issued on Feburary 25, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Hatch
facility under NRC License No. OPR-57 and NPF-5.
We have evaluated
your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We
will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future
inspections.
Your requests for reducing the severity levels of the violations were reviewed
<
against the guidelines contained in Generic Letters 85-15, 86-15, and 88-07.
These generic letters propose various enforcement actions and categories of
violations, some of which are different from these solely addressed in
The categorization of your violations has been
consistent with the categorization of similar violations at other facilities.
Therefore, your request to downgrade these violations is denied.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
