By separate letter of the same date (letter GDP 98-0181), the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) is submitting to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Revision 27 to the certification
-application documents for the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. As noted in USEC letter GDP 98-0181, the following plan in Revision 27, which is being submitted by this letter, contains National Security Information and/or Restricted Data:
United States Enrichment Corporation, Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance, Revision 27 This document is also considered to be proprietary commercial and financial information pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1) and is exempt from public disclosure on that basis as well.
In accordance with 10 CFR 76.33(e),95.37, and 95.39, this plan is being submitted under separate cover from the other portions of Revision 27.
The information contained in USEC letter GDP 98-0181 dated August 31,1998 (including the accompanying oath and affirmation) is hereby incorporated by reference into this letter.
