Dear Ms. Nickerson:
This is in response to that portion of your letter dated June 23, 1988, in which you appealed Mr. Donnie H. Grimsley's response dated June 10, 1988.
Mr. Grimsley's response denied portions of one record, a four page attachment to a letter to NRC from Boston Edison Company, regarding an allegation.
Acting on your appeal, I have carefully reviewed the record in this case and have determined that the previously withheld information can now be released and is enclosed.
I have been informed by the Region I str.ff that they responded to you by letter dated July 21, 1988, regarding the remaining portion of your June 23, 1988, letter that was not directly related to your Freedom of Information Act request.
