SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-348/88-11 AND 50-364/88-11

This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by

8. R. Crowley and R. W. Newsome on March 28-31, 1988. The inspection included

a review of activities authorized for your Farley facility. At the conclusion

of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff f

identified in the enclosed inspection report.  !

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within

those areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures i

and 'lepresentative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of l

activities in progress. I

Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were

identified. j

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2,

Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosure  ;
