V. C. SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION EXAMINATION REPORT 395/0L-88-01 The NRC administered examinations on March 7-10, 1988, to employees of your 4
compar/ who had applied for licenses to operate the V. C. Sumer Nuclear Station.
At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff; at the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings on the operating tests were discussed with those members of your staff identified in i
the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Facility coments regarding the written examination are included in this report as Enclosure 3. sumarizes simulator performance deficiencies observed during conduct of the simulator portion of the operating examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
