Changes to Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Plan Gentlemen In accordance with the requirements of 10CFP 50.54(q) and 10CFR 50 Appendix E, enclosed are changes to the Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Plan.
These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Plan, and the Plan continues to meet the standards of 10CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.
Among the changes made to the Plan are those that incorporate the New Hampshire Yankee Offsite Response Organization (Reference (b)). Also provided are changes that describe Public Alert and Notification System revisier.a to reflect the Vehicular Alert and Notification System for the Massachuset.ts portion of the Seabrook Station Plume Emergency Planning Zone (Reference (c)).
