This is in response to your letter dated March 16, 1988, which submitted the scope and objectives and the scenario for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant exercise scheduled for May 4,1988. Based on an April 7 discussion between Mr. J. Anderson of your staff and Mr. T. Ploski of my staff, we find your proposed objectives to be acceptable. Coments on the scenario w dl be verbally transmitted to Mr. Anderson on or about April 22, 1988.
