Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 259 Condensate Stomge Tank lavl In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(1), please find enclosed Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 259.
GPU Nuclear requests that Technical Specifications (TS) 3.4.A.10.e and 3.5.A.2.e, contained in Appendix A of the Facility License, be revised to incorporate a Condensate Storage Tank level limit of greater than 35 feet. Currently, specifications 3.4.A.10.e and 3.5.A.2.e stipulate a Cendensate Storage Tank level limit ofgreater than 30 feet (360,000 gallons). A discrepancy between the referenc-d water volume of 360,000 gallons and the sp:cified tank level limit of greater than 30 feet has been identified, thus necessitating a TSCR. A summary of the proposed change is included as Attachment 1. The changed page is prosided as Attachment 2.
This license amendment application has undergone a safety review in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications and has been evaluated under the criteria of 10 CFR 50.92. If there }
