Inspection of the Control Rod Drive Return Nozzle has identified cracks which appear to be of the same magnitude as those identified :
i at Unit 3 during an earlier outage. The cracks are located '
predominately in the bottom of the nozzle bore. The licensee is in the process of grinding out the cracks. i Unit II began a scheduled refueling outage April 28,1977. Plant startup delays are not anticipated.
Media interest is not expected. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania l has not been informed. A press' release is not planned.
