Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter provides information regarding Emergency Planning for Braidwood Station.
Review of this information should assist in closing Part A Outstanding Item 6 of the Braidwood SER.
Reference (a) provided preliminary evacuation time studies for both Byron and Braidwood Stations.
Reference (b) forwarded-a detailed study for Braidwood which required the development of some additional material.
That effort has been. completed and the attachment to-this letter includes the completed Evacuation Time' Study.
It bears the label " Preliminary Rev.
1" because the study

cannot be declared final until such time as the State of Illinois
-issues the Final Illinois Plan for Radiological Accidents-Vol. VII Braidwood.
We do not anticipate that modifications to this study will be necessary to permit it to be issued in final form.
