Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.139 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests a change to Appendix B of that license.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request compasses the deletion of the Definitions sections and various environmental monitoring requirements.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved by Responsible Technical and Independent Safety Reviewers in accordance with Technical Specification section 6.5.
A check for $150.00 to cover the f'ee required for the review of our application for this Technical Specification Change Request is attached.
