During recent discussions with the NRC Staff, New Hampshire Yankee (NHY) was requested to provide additional information to support reso-lution of the concrete cracking issue identified in Reference (b). Pur-suant to that request, enclosed is Technical Report 88104, by Altran Corporation, addressing concrete cracks in the Seabrook Stati.1n Service Water Cooling Tower.

The enclosed document supplements the information previously pro-vided by Reference (c) and completes the required information requested by the NRC Staff.
