HUMBOLDT BAY EMERGENCY PLAN CHANGE Gentlemen:
We have reviewed Revision 1 to the Humboldt Bay Emergency Plan for SA:STOR which was submitted under Cover Letter HBL-88-046, dated May 23, 1988. We noted that the overall effects of the changes made were minor, being directed toward updating the plan to reflect current position titles and functional areas. Some areas, however, required clarification. Acceptable clarifications were received during discussions between Mr. G. Brown, of my staf f, and Mr. E. Waage, of your staf f on July 25, 1988. 1 The results of our review indicated that the Humboldt Bay Emergency Plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the require-ments of 10 CFR, Part 50, Appendix E.
