L This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated November 20, 1987 which requested that the compensatory measures for the Maintenance Building Construction project described in the attachments to your letter of October 30, 1987, be reviewed under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted compensatory measures and have deterinined that I
they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable. We understand that the changes will expire on May 31, 1988.
