Investigation of R'eceipt Inspection Program (OI Report No. 1-85-008)
In a letter dated October 29, 1985, I provided you a copy of the Report Synopsis of the subject investigation conducted by the NRC Office of Investigation (01).
Further, I summarized the findings of the investigation, and requested that you provide this office with a description of your actions
_ planned to address specific issues _ identified during the investigation and the related NRC inspection conducted in March, 1985.
We have reviewed your response, dated December 6, 1985, regarding your actions taken to address these issues. We will examine the effectiveness of these actions during future inspections.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federa1' Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
