An application dated January 15, 1988, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application requested an exemption from the schedular requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e) which requires submittal of a revision of the original Final Safety Analysis Report within 24 months of the date of issuance of the facility operating license for the Vogtle Nuclear Plant Unit No.1.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your January 15 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
