1 ENCL 0lVRt 1 Forapostulatedmainsteamlinebreakaccident(MSLO)withcontinued feedwater addition, the following criteria are to be used in evaluating operator action to isolate feedwater flow to the affected steam generator within the first 30 minutes:

For operator actions that must occur within the first 10 minuten of the accident, the Ilcenlee's justification thould addrell the indi-cations available to the operator, the actions required (particularly tholeoutsidethecontrolroom)andthecalculatedtimesforexceeding the containment and reactor fuel design limitt if no operator actions are allumed.
b.
For operator actions that must occur between 10 and 30 minutes after unget of the accident, the licantee's justification thould addrett the indications available to the operator and the actions required (particularlythosecuttidothecontrolroom).
