The subject Technical Specification change request revises the surveillance
. requirements to Section 4.12 to provide an option to use two 12-volt battery cell configuration (6-2 volt cells with the intercell connection inaccessible)
'in addition to the twelve 2-volt cell configuration as presently exists for 24V DC diesel fire pump battery system.
Technical Specification Change Request No. 138 has been reviewed and approved by the Plant Review Group (PRG) and has received an independent safety review (ISR) in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Technical Specifications.
A check for $150.00 is attached to cover the fee required for the review of our application for this Technical Specification Change Request.
