Inspection No. 99990001/87-016 On Au ust 5,1987, Ms. Marlene Taylor of this office conducted a special safet inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the above liste NRC license. The inspection was an examination of our licensed activities as they relate to radiation safety and to compi ance with the of observations by the inspector, interviews with personnel, pection consisted Commission's regulations and the license conditions.
