after a telephone discussion between your Mr. K. Walden and our Mr. W. Seidle

on August 5, to clarify the stated reason for the violation, we find your

letter responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will

review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future

inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and maintained.
