This change is prompted by the reissuance cf Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically the deletion of 10CFR51.5(b)2.
This section of 10CFR was deleted, and therefore the reference to it by Appendix B i; no longer warranted.
This Amendment Proposal includes:

the Proposed Changes, and the Significant Hazards Analysis as l
Attachments 1 through 3.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, an Amendment Fee of
$150.00 is also being submitted.
