PROGRAM DESCRIPTION We have reviewed Appendix 0, Revision 4 to the Cooper Nuclear Station USAR as submitted to our office by your letter of March 29, 1988. As a result of our review, we find that the submittal satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, 1.
Appendix B, and is therefore acceptable.
