Dear Mr. Miraglia:

As previously committed, this letter forwards information concerning the remote shutdown test. Attachment 1 provides STP.1154, "Remote Shutdown Panel Test." This procedure is consistent with the test descriptions provided in the referenced correspondence. Attachment 2 provides a comparison of Casualty Procedure OP-C.13A, "Remote Shutdown" (provided in Attachment 3), and STP.ll54.

1 Attachment 4 provides an evaluation of the appropriateness of Casualty Procedure OP-C.13A steps which secure the reactor coolant pumps. This evaluation concludes that OP-C.13A, as presently written, provides appropriate assurance that safety barriers are maintained. j Please contact me if you have any questions.
