Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS)
Docket No. 50-219 License Amendment No. 124 By letter dated May 10, 1988 GPUN submitted Technical Specificatior Change Request No. 162 indicating that the Standby Liquid Control System (SLCS) would be modified during the OCNGS Cycle 12 refueling outage pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.62(2)(4). The NRC issued License Amendment No. 124, incorporating the requested changes, on July 14, 1988 and made it effective on that date.
The purpose of this correspondence is to inform the NRC that the effective date cf License Amendment No.124 is not consistent with the coupletion date of the modification, which will occur prior to restart from the 12R Outage.
As per a telephone conversatior. between Mr. J. Stolz, Director, Project Directorate I-4, of the ?@C and Mr. J. L. Sullivan, Licensing 6 Regulatory Affairs Director, on 7/29/88, the NRC, upon receipt of this letter, will issue a correction to Amendment No. 124 to reflect the appropriate date of issuance.
