50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-327/87-60 AND 50-328/87-60 At an URC exit mooting hold at SQN on October 6, 1987, TVA committed to perform an evaluation of the containment spray (CS) annubar flow instrumentation to determine the need for any modifications.
In responso to a verbal request from the SQN resident inspector, TVA submitted the scheduto for completion of this evaluation by July 15, 1988.
The completion date for the CS annubar flow instrumentation ovaluation and the recommendations for the final CS flow instrumentation configuration has been rescheduled to August 31, 1988, because of emergent and schedulod unit 1 I
workload. This is a follow-up to discussion with Joe Brady and Jack Donohow, of NRC, on July 15, 1988.
