Dear Dr. Wischow:

This is to advise you of the following organizationni changes which have been made within NUMEC.

Responsibility for management of shipping, receiving, and other transportation activities previously assigned to Thomas !!orton have been nasigned to James E. Lovett.

Mr. l.ovett also rotnins responsibilities for management of nuclear materints control.

b.

Gerald Desmond repinces Elmer Speer as Supervisor of Shipping and Receiving. Mr. Desmond will report to Mr. Lovett.

All required authorizations, designations, or manuni descriptions will be changed to reficct the new organizationni s.tructure.

Pending such changes, all authorizationn or denignations made by Mr. Morton are continued in effect except for those referring to Mr. Speer.

Mr. Desmond is hereby given all nuthorities previously given to Mr. Speer.
