EffDI#9 fue Cy, This refers to the Applied Design Company Model 995A Container which packages the Nuclear Metals and Equipment Corporation (NUMEC) Fuel Bundle Assembly, Drawing No. ASK-1161-F.
In accordance with the request of Mr. Kenneth Whittaker of NUMEC on January 28, 1970, we are enclosing seven (7) sets of the drawings listed in Appendix I.
These prints are forwarded to be incorporated with those supplied in the writer's letter dated January 21, 1970.
We trust that the enclosed prints will complete the requirements for the granting of a license to NUMEC for the Model 995A Container.
