The changes contained in Page Amendment No. 6 were generated in response to the ongoing Federal Emergen:y Management Agency (FEMA) review of Seabrook Station emergency preparedness programs. Minor changes appearing within a particular plan or procedure section are denoted by verti:e1 change bars located in the right hand margin. All pages which have undergone revision are identified by an "Amendment 6' annotation in the upper right corner of each page.

To assist in your review, Enclosure 2 provides a matrix identifying the changes included in Page Amendment No. 6 and the applicable plan or procedure section in which they appear. Only those changes which are substantive in nature appear on the matrix. Editorial changes such as repagination are not shown.

Distribution of Enclosures 1 and 2 will be made to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Service List. FEMA and the SPMC and NHRERP Regional Assistance Committees. Subsequent distribution of Enclosure 1 will be made to all controlled distribution holders of the SPMC.
