NRC Item No. 1 The maintenance program was not in final form; therefore, a few maintenance procedures, especially those components that have limited life, should oe provided as a sample.
Response
The Preventative Maintenance Program's Repetitive Task Sheets (RTS) are being prepared. They will reflect required maintenance and environmental qualification change-out requirements.
Sample RTS sheets will be sent to the NRC for information prior to February 28, 1986. The sample chosen will be based on the items identified during the site audit.
NRC Item No. 2 l'rovide an accurate, up-to-date list of all active valves.

See FSAR Tables 3.9(B)-25 and 3.9(N)-11 contained in FSAR Amendment 56.
NRC Item No. 3 Confirm all required preservice pump and valve tests have been completed.
Response
Prior to commercial operation, a confirmation letter will be sent to the staff at the completion of preservice testing.

Confirm that active 2" and under BOP valves are in the operability qualification program.
