Dear Dr. Grace:
The corrective action for Violation 413.85-87-04 consists of implementing the Employee Training Qualification System (ETQS).
The implementation of this program for our performance personnel is being delayed due to reallocation of manpower for the Unit 2 final preparation for fuel load.
Our committed completion date, as stated in my letter of November 21, is therefore extended to June 1, 1986.
We will be in full compliance by that time.
