REVIEW 0F FORT ST. VRAIN QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION We have reviewed your letter P-87261, dated July 21, 1987, transmitting Revision 5 to Appendix B of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report and your clarifications identified in your letter P-88096 dated March 21, 1988. We understand these clarifications will be incorporated into Revision 6 of your QA program description.
As a result of our review, we find that the submittal satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and is therefore acceptable.
