l Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find attached the signed original and three copies of Revision 36 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan.
Revision 36 was developed to address an organizational change within the department, several editorial changes, revised Duke Power Company, Design Engineering calculations on spent fuel time dependent values and a
comprehensive listing of vital equipment.

Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment.
Revision 36 does not decrease the effectiveness of the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to the security provisions of McGuire Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
