Gentlemen:
Georgia Power Company, acting on its behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits in accordance with 10 CFR Part 70, Amendment 1 to the application for Special Nuclear Material License which was submitted to the NRC on January 22, 1988.
This amendment contains changes related to the design, evaluation and designation of spent fuel racks for temporary storage of new fuel.
Eight (8) copies of the revision are enclosed for your review and approval.
