The meeting is intended to provide
a forum for candid discussion of unit performance.

At the meeting, please be prepared to discuss the SALP and your plans to foster
activities that have a positive effect upon performance. Any comments you may have
regarding our report may be discussed.
In addition, you may provide written com-
ments within 30 days after the meeting.
