4, ENCLOSURE 1 CONMITHENT SQN will review all WPs that have been field-complete for more than 90 days and are not yet closed to determine if procedure changes are outstanding.

Based on results of this review, a plan of action will be formulated to revise the affected procedures and will be transmitted to NRC by July 30, 1988.

SON'S PLAN OF ACTION Approximately 500 WPs were reviewed to determine if procedural revisions were outstanding. Approximately 115 procedures required revision. The following is the proposed schedule for revising the procedures.

1. PROCEDURES AFFECTING OPERABILITY OF SQN UNIT 2 None; all procedures affecting operability of unit 2 were revised before declaring the equipment operable.
2. PROCEDURES AFFECTING RESTART OF SQN UNIT 1 Seven procedures were identified as affecting the restart of unit 1.

These procedures will be revised by August 23, 1988 (before restart).

3. PROCEDURES REQUIRING REVISIONS THAT DO NOT AFFECT OPERABILITY OF UNIT 2 OR RESTART OF UNIT 1 One hundred and eight procedures will be revised as required by March 29, 1989. The highest priority will be placed on those procedures that could possibly affect the operability of either unit.
