Enclosed is Omaha Pub'ic Power District's (0 PPD) "Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend Section 5 of the Technical Snecifi-cations as set forth in Appendix A to that license.
This change serves to formalize the organizational changes referred to in OPPD's ~ application for admendment dated March 9, 1988. Additionally in accordance with NRC Generic letter 88-06, this change proposes to remove the organzational charts.
Also attached pursuant to 10 CFR 6170.21 is a check for the application fee of
$150.00. OPPD respec+ fully requests 30 days from date of issuance in order to implement the reviseu vecifications.
