-the attached Notice of Violation dated October 11. 1985. As a result'of our

review, we find that you have not provided the requested information

concerning the reason for the violation, or discussed any programmatic actions

taken with respect to documentation of nonconforming ERC out of scope

reinspection findings.

Please provide the supplemental.information within 20 days of the date of this

letter.

With respect to the Notice of Deviation forwarded by our October 11, 1985

letter, it is our understanding that your response is scheduled to be submitted by

December 11, 1985. Our review will, accordingly, be performed upon receipt of

that letter.
